The Virginia Forklift service department employs 18 road and shop technicians. These individuals are factory trained and participate in ongoing in-house monthly training seminars. We have our own training department that maintains the highest standard of training for all products. Currently we operate 14 radio-dispatched service vehicles to cover Central Virginia. Each unit is fully equipped to reduce costly return trips. As you can see, over half of our employee base is dedicated to direct customer service. This certainly shows our full commitment to our customers.
